Original equipment manufacturing.  위탁생산이라고도 함. 두 회사가 계약을 맺고 A가 B사에 자사 상품의 제조를 부탁(위탁)하여, B사가 A사의 이름으로 해당 상품을 생산하는 것. 대표적인 위탁생산 상품으로는 나이키와 코카콜라가 있다.
